Kenneth P. Minasian, D.M.D. - Payment Options & Insurance

We prepare submission paperwork for over 300 individual dental insurance plans.  We generally receive payment within 30 to 60 days of submission.  Great care has been taken by this office to work together with your insurance company to obtain the maximum benefit allowed under your existing dental insurance plan. It is important to note that you are responsible for payment of the entire amount due (both insurance payment and patient payment.)   As a courtesy we will assist you with your insurance claim by providing all of the necessary paperwork to be filed with your insuror and by collecting your estimated co-pay at the time of treatment.The covered benefit amount (insurance payment) is determined by your insurance company.  Any unpaid balance is the responsibility of the patient. Benefits and treatments not covered by insurance are also the patient's responsibility.
